Thanks to Sunitra and the team at Barcoder. We recently had a wireless barcode scanner fail. Sunitra helped us diagnose the fault and contacted the manufacturer to determine the correct replacement battery. The replacement battery arrived very promptly and restored the scanner to as-new performance.
